Mastersill was founded in 2017. Thanks to the long-standing experience of its founder, Ing. Jan Antonín, in the construction industry, the company focused on the production of aluminium products (window sill end caps) for commonly used European exterior aluminium window sill systems.

The company's goal is to manufacture and supply high-quality and affordable accessories for window sill and roofing systems. For this purpose, sufficient production and technological capacity has been established, exceeding 150,000 aluminium parts per month, and includes the following technologies:

• 2 formatting lines for various aluminium profile systems
• 50 pressing devices for cutting and bending tools of our own design
• 3 independent powder coating lines with chemical pre-treatment of aluminium parts and independent stripping systems
• Fully equipped locksmith workshop, including CNC milling machines and CNC plotter, press brake, sheet metal shears, pillar drills
• 2 welding stations for TIG and laser welding of aluminium
• Polishing and bonding workstation
• 3D printing of various materials on PRUSA printers

We also offer development and production of individual custom aluminium or plastic products with a complete solution, including initial visualisation. We also offer a complete range of supplementary accessories for the installation of window sill boards.
